I know this might be a mix of feeling a little scary and a little exciting. TRUST yourself, and relax. It’s just 3 days and by the end you might even feel confident enough to carry your success into 4, 5, even 6 days.

Either way, get ready to feel supported, loved and have accountability to make your success inevitable.

MODULES:

Visioning and Goal Setting:

Set your intentions for your 3 day break (and beyond!) In this exercise I will walk you through visualizing the future version of yourself you want to become.

In preparation, get out a pen and paper and answer these questions:

  1. What do I want to get out of my break from alcohol?

  2. What does success look like when my head hits the pillow for bed on Friday night?

  3. How do I want to FEEL when I wake up on Saturday morning?

  4. Write down 1-3 goals you have for yourself. These can be short term, longer term… anything that comes your mind.

When you’re done WATCH the video. After you’ve watched, spend a few more minutes writing down what came up for you during the visualization exercise.

Head over to the Telegram Group and share what your goals are! When you tell someone your goals, you are 90% more likely to reach them!

Harmony In Habits:

Our relationship with alcohol has so much to do with habits. For years you likely used alcohol to relax, relieve stress & anxiety, celebrate, reward yourself and so on.

In this section you’re going to focus on breaking drinking as the habit.

You need to do more than simply “remove alcohol.” You need to fill the time with new and healthy habits and activities.

WATCH the video and download the guide so that you can start planning out the new healthy habits you want to form.


Build Your Arsenal:

This section gives you tactics to have in your arsenal as you navigate the “witching hour” and having the support you need.

✔️ Plan to incorporate into your daily routine 10-20 minutes of the following:

  • Listen to Sobriety Podcasts

  • Read a Quit Lit Book

  • Listen to Quit Lit Books

The more you consume content of stories where women overcome their drinking habits, the MORE you will SEE YOURSELF also accomplishing this.

✔️ Consider having a conversation with your spouse/partner. If you’re single - choose someone you spend the most time with. I break this down in the video.

✔️ Mental Rehearsal and Play the Tape Forward. This exercise will pull you out of Autopilot and back in the driver’s seat. You’ll learn exactly what I mean in the video!
